Clean and great value hotel. Short walk to the city center and close to train station and tram stop. Convenient with a pub and Costa under the hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious enough for a short stay, and well-equipped. Recommended for a romantic escape.
Experienced several little glitches. Initially given an un-serviced room but promptly given an alternative.

The hotel is conveniently located, being very close to a tram stop and within walking distance of the town hall and attractions in the center. It is also close to all transport links, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the rooms were cosy and provided a great night's sleep, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that any issues were quickly resolved. the breakfast was enjoyable, with a lovely waitress who made us feel valued.
The noise from neighboring rooms was not covered by the hotel's sleep guarantee, which was a disappointment.

Great Location: The hotel is in a prime spot, close to all the action. It's just a stone's throw away from popular attractions and plenty of restaurants and bars. You won't have to worry about traveling far to find something to do or somewhere to eat.
Breakfast Disappointment: Unfortunately, the breakfast at the hotel was not up to par. There were long queues for basic items like juice and coffee, and the hot food couldn't keep up with demand.

The location right next to the Metro tram line makes it easy to explore the city and it's in a safe area. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms with a double bed and the recently refurbished bathrooms on the 6th floor offer great views over the city.
No negative aspects were mentioned in the given reviews.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location right next to the Metro makes it convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but have lovely views and are quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The king-size bed in my room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast served in the morning was delicious, with a good selection and a handy coffee machine.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.
